Suja Jacob, FNP

Suja Jacob became a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, licensed to practice in the state of Texas. Suja is a dedicated registered nurse and family nurse practitioner with 12+ years expertise providing quality and compassionate patient care.   Her previous experience includes work in urgent care clinics, pediatric clinics, pain management and spinal clinics.  Suja is qualified to diagnose and treat a wide array of conditions across the entire lifespan. Suja also has a Master’s degree in Business administration and a Master’s in healthcare administration as well as a Master’s in Nursing.

Suja grew up in upstate NY and is married and has two children. Suja loves enjoying time with her family by enjoying the outdoors, going to parks, watching movies, reading and travelling to different parts of the world.  She and her husband also co-leads a bible study for the youth.

Practice philosophy: Suja believes in forging genuine relationships with people to understand their health needs and goals and working collaboratively with each individual to develop a plan to achieve their best possible state of health.
